Sunday River is a premier four-season ski resort in New England and part of the Boyne Resorts family of destination properties.

I managed end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building campaigns, templates, and audience segmentation with SQL and AMPscript. Work included promotional sends, seasonal newsletters for both the ski resort and golf club, and pre-arrival templates tailored to guest booking behavior. Additionally, I supported website content updates via Ingeniux CMS, ensuring alignment across email and web channels, and contributed to year-round field marketing including events and content creation.
